About SLC Unite
SLC Unite is the private choir operations app for St Luke's Chorale. It supports the choir calendar, music library, participation, member administration and authorised Google Drive file management.
Shared with the choir. Member names entered without a password are not verified identities. Please keep messages respectful and avoid sensitive personal information.
Announcements
Alerts are optional and show no message text on the lock screen.
Everyone can read announcements. Only Admins and Leaders can post.

Backup & Restore
Full SLC Unite Backup
Downloads a ZIP containing a structured JSON backup plus an Excel workbook of the main SLC Unite data. This backs up Firestore data and file references; it does not copy the actual Google Drive file contents.
Excel Data Export
Exports Members, Songs, Events, Participation, Roles, Configuration and related operational data to a multi-sheet Excel workbook.
Restore Backup
Restores SLC Unite Firestore application data from a compatible SLC Unite JSON/ZIP backup using safety-preserving user/role handling. Super Admin password re-verification and an explicit RESTORE confirmation are required.
What a Restore Does Not Restore
Google Drive file contents, Firebase Authentication passwords/accounts, browser sessions and device notification tokens are not recreated. Existing Drive file links remain usable when the referenced files still exist.
