Backup & Restore
Full SLC Unite Backup
Downloads a ZIP containing a structured JSON backup plus an Excel workbook of the main SLC Unite data. This backs up Firestore data and file references; it does not copy the actual Google Drive file contents.
Excel Data Export
Exports Members, Songs, Events, Participation, Roles, Configuration and related operational data to a multi-sheet Excel workbook.
Restore Backup
Restores SLC Unite Firestore application data from a v2.14.42-compatible JSON/ZIP backup using safety-preserving user/role handling. Super Admin password re-verification and an explicit RESTORE confirmation are required.
What a Restore Does Not Restore
Google Drive file contents, Firebase Authentication passwords/accounts, browser sessions and device notification tokens are not recreated. Existing Drive file links remain usable when the referenced files still exist.
