SLC Unite
These Terms of Use apply to SLC Unite, the private choir operations application for St Luke's Chorale.
Authorised use
SLC Unite is intended for St Luke's Chorale members and authorised leaders/admins. Users must use only the access level assigned to them and must not attempt to access administrative functions or data outside their permissions.
Accounts and credentials
Users are responsible for keeping passwords and connected Google accounts secure. Do not share privileged SLC Unite credentials or another person's Google account credentials.
Google Drive files
Users who upload or manage files must have the right to use and share that content. Uploaders should follow choir policies and applicable copyright requirements. File operations performed through SLC Unite may create, update, share or delete content in the designated choir Google Drive library when the user initiates those actions.
Availability and changes
SLC Unite is maintained for choir operations and may be updated, changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Features and access permissions may change as St Luke's Chorale's operational needs evolve.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the application, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or use member information for purposes unrelated to legitimate choir activities.
